Today’s industry and career opportunities require our students and professionals to be better prepared for the workforce. Advance Student Resource Systems, Inc. (ASRS) has partnered with FountainAvenue Strategies (FAS) to conduct Workforce Readiness Skills training to middle school, high school, higher education, and working professionals. Workforce Readiness is a key personnel characteristic that focuses on soft skills, interaction & social awareness skills, and preparation skills. This training is separate from Workforce Development, which focuses on learning a workforce trade through job shadowing, vocational training, internships, and educational institutions.

Purpose:

Our training offers up to fourteen [14] unique sessions that may include a seminar along with paired discussions, breakout sessions, and/or workshops.
